Default Gil VS HP

What is the most HP you can flow thru a Gil exhaust.
Or how restrictive are they on Bigger CI motors?

I'm curious on opinions on this too. It seems to me like naturally aspirated is around 550-575hp, and supercharged would be much higher...at ????

Just from boat shopping and seeing when people seem to upgrade to CMIs, around 575-600 hp seems to be the point where the benefit of going to a full header starts to kick in.

They will choke the 604ci engines you posted about. Gils are Ok up to about 600hp NA. You need some Big Tubes.
