Default HP 500 efi valve springs

i bought a used HP 500 efi with supposed 225 hours on it ( i have not verified it yet with a computer ) but i would like to replace the valve springs on it before i install it in my boat. what do you recommend for springs as far as i know everything is stock except the computer was reflashed as it has an az speed sticker on it. the guy i bought it off of bought it used and never installed it so he knows nothing about it but all of the seals are intact on it except for the intake seal thanks Ed

Call Eddie and buy the springs. Not only will you get a great price, you'll insure you're getting the right parts, and Eddie has no problem answering any question you may have. A rarity in this industry... or any, this day in age.... Eddie doesn't mind taking time out of his day to help a fellow boater... no matter if he knows he's getting a sale out of it or not.

Thanks Jason. I really appreciate the kind words. And you are correct in that I don't mind helping the best I can even if I know I'm not selling anything. It's all about helping fellow boaters out.
Talk soon.

Should be around $400-500 per engine for springs, seals, locks and retainers.

I get a little over $300 per engine for ISKY springs, Comp 10* retainers and locks and flouroelastemer seals.

However, you could gladly pay me $400-500
