I love a real loud boat and around the waterways in Georgia, we don't get hassled. But, I am planning on going all over to different poker runs in the next few years and was wondering if any of you had been stopped for excessive noise? Where and how did they test? How much is the ticket? Is it a real problem or just an excuse to stop you to check lifejackets? I want to remove the factory mufflers completely and just let the water muffle the sound.

When you go to these different poker runs Dan just creep up to law inforcement and crank em up to about 5 grand and then you will know, haha!!

I am sure if they are putting on a poker run they either don't have noise restrictions, or they have gotten permission for the event.

I am so glad I don't have to worry about noise.
