Are you organizing a Poker Run event or know someone who is? Has the event insurance already been secured?

Wozencraft Insurance specializes in Poker Run Event insurance, but we often find that organizers wait too close to the event to secure the insurance. It can take some time to get this sort of insurance in place due to the specialty of the event. Plus, there isn't a lot of choices between reputable insurance companies that offer this type of coverage. I recommend inquiring at least 1 month out before the event (at the latest).

Also, there are usually a host of parties that want to be named as an Additional Insured on the event policy. These parties usually want the certificates around a month out.

To you, and to ALL that have called me for insurance on your event....I just received an email from my underwriter and he said I should have all or most of the insurance proposals back tomorrow, Friday 4/1. He stated he was delayed in getting these back to me quicker due to other unexpected issues (not poker run insurance related).
