i have a 97 24 outlaw and my brother has a 03 232 (not a boss) so from person experience the 24 will handle bigger water much better than the 232. the 24 is going to be noticably bigger too, its a true 24' not inlcuding the swim platform whereas the 232 counts everything with the molded platform...probably looking at over 2ft of difference tied up. performance wise - i have the 502mag 415hp where he has the smallblock 6.2 320hp...he rips my lungs out from the start but top end the outlaw comes back strong and probably has 5mph on his. both great boats but back to the orig question - he and i both agree the 24 handles much better with the extra weight and length.

PM me if you are interested in looking at mine, its going to be put up for sale soon so i can upgrade. freshwater only around 275 hours.

The 252 would be a more comparable to a 24OL for reasons will mentioned.
