I've been searching my @ss off on all the forums but no luck...
The boat is a 2006 20 Outlaw with 5.0 MPI. I want to replace my Corsa Q&QII exhaust with a straight through/unbaffled setup with internal flappers. I want to use the factory mounting bolts but I have no clue where to look (the more posts I read on the subject, the more confused I've been getting). Also, I want straight cut (as opposed to slash cut) so I can put a set of rubber turndowns on it for when I go to "noise controlled" lakes.
Where can i get the exhaust I'm wanting and do you know what the part number is?
Also, where can I get the rubber turndowns that I've been seeing used on the "quiet" lakes?

Im not sure about rubber turn downs. All the ones I am familiar with are stainless tube turn downs. Rubber ones may be something home made...
As far as replacement tips I can help you with them. I have a few different ones to choose from. As far as matching or reusing the existing bolts tho, dont bank on it & I would not worry about it. I can supply you with new fasteners and sealer and it is relatively inexpensive. You would be better off using new fasteners anyway... Also the flange would cover the old holes anyway if the pattern needs to be adjusted ... I can explain in more detail & give you some pricing if you want to give me a shout later on...

Thanks Jamie. Can you pm me prices and links so I can see them. I'm not totally sure what size my thru exhaust is though. I'm outta town working long hours and I can't call due to the no cellphone/confidentiality rules on this work project site.

Pretty much the only option on the Baja 20 Outlaw was the Q&Q II. The only 20ol that Baja ever built as a custom rig. had the 350 Mag MPI and switchable exhaust from Corsa. It did have the angled Corsa mufflers in the package. If it was me, I would leave the Q&Q diverters in place so that you don't have to remove any Y-pipe that requires the engine to be pulled. All you need to do is remove the thru-bolted muffler tips, and replace with the Corsa 4" flapper tips. Done! The thru bolted holes will not line up with the screw hole locations on the flapper tips, but the flange will cover the sealed holes.
Don't know were you fine the large rubber turn downs, but I have seen them done in PVC pipe before. When running the boat w/o the large turn-downs in place, make sure to clamp back on the rubber flappers on the outside. The internal metal flappers are not quite enough to be safe.
Oh, and before anyone asks about the 350 performance in the 20ol. It ran the exact same speed as a stock 5.0 MPI boat, but was heavier with all the extra options like dual batteries, ect. It also had the 1:47 Alpha instead of the 1:65.

KEPP, those look great also!
Thanks XT!
That's exactly what I wanna do but my stock setup doesn't have a Y in it. Its just a long rubber tube that goes from the manifolds to the tips (stock baffled). Is this normal for my boat? Sorry, a little confused by the diverter comment.
So I what need 4" Corsa unbaffled internal flapper tips that are straight cut. Which ones do you think are the right ones? Corsa exhaust chart
We're on the same page because I'm wanting a set of tips that I can just swap my external rubber flappers off for the turndowns in a couple minutes (yes, I want to run internal flappers also just to be safe).
Edit: your right, the turndowns must be homemade because I've searched all over and can't even find a pic of them on other boats.
