I am looking for a center cap for the wheel on my 94 scarab 29.. Anybody have one or know where to get one.. found one on ebay but it is $20 shipped. sounds like alot for a piece of plastic . lol

LOL ... that is not the reply I wanted.. It just ticks me off that they get that much to ship the part. Put it in a envelope and send it for $2 ..

I understand...but in reality...you got a nice, expensive boat. Getting a part that will look good, and make you smile when others see it, is worth it in the end. Spend the money.

I remember an old comedian was once telling a story about some lady b*tching at the post office in NY..because a stamp was 30 cents. He asked where she was sending the letter to ? She responded California. He said "someone is gonna take your letter allllllllllll the way across the country, and put it in the exact mailbox you want it in.....for 30 cents....AND YOUR B*TCHING ABOUT IT ?"

I get where your coming from and I agree with the stamp thing but the guy will charge me $12 to ship it then stick it in a $2 envelope.. I will end up doing it just thought I would check first ..
