Default Anyone have experience with National Liquidators?

I curious of anyone who has experience with National Liquidators, and how they conduct business, sales, bids?

I know that NL is in business to make money, but by looking at some prices on boats it seems like the Consigner (I assume Banks) are trying to profit from the sale. Assuming again I would think the banks just want them off the books

I've seen some boats that I may be interested in but the starting bid is too high to begin with. Will a bid lower the the minium be submitted to the seller, or do they just get thrown away. I'm aware that most everything in life is negotiable, but I'm just trying to get a better feel here.

Any input?

Thanks.

Bid what it's worth to YOU.....I've been higher bidder and above the listed minimum but the bank wouldn't let it go. I've also been high bidder yet still below the minimum and got the boat.

I suppose my question appeared to be a stupid one, but thanks for your input.
