Helm Oil

What kind of oil are you guys putting in your Capilano helms? I've been told regular engine oil or transmission fluid. Any other thoughts?

Straight 30w, or Trans Fluid is what Latham recommends. Red is nice as you will see it if you have a leak.

Teleflex recomends Dexron.
