Default Refresh on HP500, which gaskets and what oil pump?

I am refreshing the top end. Just wondering what head gaskets and bolts you guys are using for replacements, and which intake gaskets. Also going to throw an oil pump in too while its out, which oil pump do you guys replace with? My history in race engines says a melling high volume, but want to see whats used in the marine world.

Thanks!

For the oil pump this is what I used- Melling 10778C . It's a little more expensive but its a great pump.

Felpro Marine head gaskets, i dont remember the # but the 4 piece gaskets are the best. I totally agree with the high vol. Melling pump

FP #1075 is the correct one. .041 compressed, 4.580 dia.

So you guys would run the 1075 over the 17048? I have been browsing through all the old threads, and it seems these are the 2 felpro gaskets people are running. This is just a stock rebuild, no forced induction.

Thanks for the replies!
