what were/was the lengths of the well-craft tunnel/cats??? what hp outboards did they have???? I just saw one near our place here...love to get my hand on it to fix up and run around in.

do I need to get a pick for you guys??? its only about 16 -19' long, it had wellcraft on the side of the cockpit looks like a 4 passenger cat. anyone???? anyone???

Wellcraft made a cat back in the day but it was 30 feet long.Had a 9ft.6 in. beam and was named" Excalibur Cat" . Had Merc 440's in it . Probably some toy that some one stuck some decals on from wellcraft....I am pretty sure they did not make what you are looking at.

I have dug around quite a bit and have had no luck in finding anything that even looks like it.....that's why I came here... I will have to get a pic of it or the HIN# if I can. thanks

hmmm, that's not what I saw out here...this was definitely a single outboard setup. I will be down next week...maybe Thursday of this week and see if I can get the info...may be a want to be wellcraft boat...but I gotta find out now...

That Excalibur Cat was (still is) an awsome boat for the time, I almost bought one in 1985, but decided I had better spend the money on my first house instead.

I think youre talking about the Cougar Cubs, 2 seater with outboard, I'll have to find a pic for you....

That may be what I saw. The guy had a trolling motor on it and was perch jerking with it

found out it's not a wellcraft, its a baja scat cat...like this
