Default Ever hear of White Lightning powerboats?

Just curious of their history. I guess they are one-off custom boats. A friend has a 32' 3-step cat with a center console top deck but that regular cockpit type decks are available. I heard they have molds for a 40' as well. Just wondering what their history is or if anyone has heard of them. They are in sw Florida btw.

By Any chance are you talking about Blue Lightning Powerboats? They were being built in Fort Myers about 4 to 5 years ago. They built 2 boats a 32 cat center counsle with 250's and a 40 cat with 575's that was based off the Apache Cat. The 32 is owed by a friend of mine named Luie. I dont know what happened to the 40.
