Default Sleek Enforcer 28'

HEY ALL,
LOOKING FOR ADVICE FROM SOME SLEEK OWNERS;
I'M EAST COAST (MAINE) AND HAD ONE OF THOSE INFAMOUS BARN DISCOVERIES.
A 1989 28' ENFORCER STASHED AWAY IN THE GREAT WHITE NORTH. IT HAD BEEN RIGGED FOR TWIN I/B's AND IVE SINCE PREPPED FOR A 7.4/BRAVO SET UP-BUT HERE'S MY PROBLEM:
1. PRESSURE TESTED THE FUEL TANKS-PASSED.
2. INSTALLED/GLASSED PRETTY NEW FLOOR, RE-TEST TANKS -PORT SIDE FAILED!
MY DILEMA:
1. CUT NEW FLOOR AND PUT IN CENTERLINE TANKS IN OLD STORAGE AREA.
2. SINCE THE FRONT INTERIOR(ITS A FLAT DECK) NEVER WAS FINISHED EXCEPT CARPET 360d AND I DON'T PLAN TO- I COULD MORE EASILY INSTALL 60-70 GAL. CENTER TANK(s) FORWARD UNDER THE BOW.
QUESTION;
WOULD THIS WEIGHT FORWARD EFFECT THE PERFORMANCE/HANDLING OF A 60 MPH BOAT TO ANY EXTREME?
I WONDER, BECAUSE I SEE THE NEW ENFORCER IS A BOWRIDER & 5-6 PEOPLE WOULD ADD UP TO A FUEL LOAD EASILY.
ANY ADVICE-OPINIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED
THANKS

I'm no expert but I would think a fuel tank in the cabin would kill your planning time. I would put the tank where the ski stowage compartment is. Or stick with the original location in the engine compartment under the deck. I had a 1987 26' Enforcer, it was a nice boat and had a lot of great times with it.
