Where would I find a replacement for one of these. Does anyone make them new still? Can the old ones be rechromed?

Is that a vent?? the pic looks like a fuel vent next to that snap!

Im sure anything can be re-chromed. Why not?

Looks like fuel vent in picture buts its an engine compartment vent. They are covering up three inch holes for air flow into and out of engine comaprtment. They are on a 1987 Tempest. If you look close you can see the upper ones also.
