I was under the impression if bottom paint sits out in the air (not under water) it loses its effectiveness. So, why did they bottom paint it?

Depends on the brand, but generally true.


At first I was like "17K?? Thats low" Then I saw the price and thought "That 17k guy isnt as nuts as the seller" LMAO
