Default Flo torq Help

Hey Guys, just got my props back from BBlades and they are Sweet but putting in the Flo Torq II #835258K2 in them the one goes in nice with the thrust washer sitting fully in hub but the other one just doesn't want to fully go in all the way no matter what I do. Needs to go in approx. 1/8 more for thrust washer to fit fully in hub. Whats up? could it be the prop because when i try both the flo torq's in the one prop okay but neither want to fit fully in the other prop . Heeeeeeeeelp!!!!!!

Put the delrin hub in the prop and the thrust washer on the prop shaft, then mount it. Torque it to 45# or so. It should press in just fine.

Hello,

WE lubricate the rubber snubber strips with grease prior to installing them or they can bind in the inner hub and not seat. Try this and I'm sure the issue will be gone.

Thanks and call me if you still struggle.

Brett

Thumbs up hubs

Thanks Brett once again for a great job on the props. Will try the lube.
