hopefully maybe get to meet up with you guys, i will be in a 28 ft all red checkmate with twin outboards, not hard to see, stands out like a sore thumb. gonna hang out in the marina in the morning to watch them drop boats in the water.

So many decisions!
Maybe it will be a better turnout being early in the season.

Sounds like a good time. Where can you launch the boats from close by? Is there designated spots to anchor up for the races? Is there someplace to get this info from? Sorry for sounding like too much of an amature.

fireboat, i put in at the end of mysitc islands in the great bay marina, its not a bad ramp, 10 bucks to use it, the address is 45 montana dr mystic islands nj. you go across the bay down thru the intercoastal and you come out at the trump marina. took me 10 to 15 mins at 45mph. for the race i believe they have designated areas to anchor, we never made it out of the inlet to know for sure. i have been to others on the water and there is nothing like watching from a boat.

Demag, thanks for the input. Hopefully we can get together out on the river before then and maybe I could meet up with you down there or something? See you out on the Delaware. We'll be making a few trips down to the Chesapeke too if your interested?
