I was down there yesterday, P2 garage under water and P1 had several feet, Switchgear under water and PEPCO pulled the feeds at the street!! Several dozen cars under water, we are not talking Nissan's either, some High End vehicles. I just did a New garage lighting Project in that garage 8 months ago, with previous Management Company, New Owners brought in New Property Management and didnt pull the trigger on getting the flood gates up in time. Four restaurants with 6-8 of water in them.

go down to the "Multimedia" section and there are a few video's of the mess.
