Default Center of Gravity

I'm trying to layout where I want my new boat lift and it would help if I knew the center of gravity of the boat.

Anyone have this information for a Baja 302, 33 Outlaw or similar?

Thanks!

About the rear bench will do. The 302 is a$$ heavy.

According to a spec. sheet I have the CG of a 302 will be 89 inches forward of the transon at the intersection of the boat botton and the boat side.

Hope this helps.

What kind of lift? If it is a cable lift, you can yusually line up the transom with the bunks at the back and be close to the CG of the lift and boat when its all said and done. It was pretty close on my Poly Lift when I had that too.

Thanks for the info. I need to have my 4 post cable lift removed for a new bulkhead and was going to try and relocate it a little. Seems that each time I loaded the 302 it would unload the front cradle and make the cable jump off the spool. All depended on how much fuel I was carrying too so I thought it was a little off on the CG.

When you put it on a lift you can squeeze the cables and the tension will be tighter or looser.
