Hi there,

I live up here near Kings Dominion, and just bought a 87 Eliminator with 454 MAG (330HP). I needed some help and/or contacts to help me get this boat out on the water and wondering if anyone can help me out.

1) Got water in the oil. :-( Looks like someone did not know how to winterize boats. The oil was good before I ran it. Visable problems: both exhaust mainifolds are cracked, water leak from thermo housing. Know of anyone that may have replacements cheap or takeoffs lying around?

2) Like to get a inexpensive yet decent paint job (single color white is okay) on everything above rub rail. Any contacts?

3) Looking to do upholstery soon too, depending on how much it takes to get the engine corrected. It is running fine and healthy.

Any info will help or better yet, I can bring the boat & beer over to any local expert help.

Sorry, cant help much in youre neck of the woods. Look in OSO classifieds for motors @ Manifolds. Some good deals to be had! I dont think youre motor will last lomg!!!! Should be sweet boat when you get done!!
