North PINELLAS Get-together...How was it?

The weather was not promising yesterday. I know we got dumped on for a few hours with some pretty nasty torrential downpours and gusts once in a while.
Oh well, next time.
Saturday we made it to Eggmont...That's how the cards played out. It was a nice day at the beach! I must say, I'm really loving that new fortress anchor I bought...It's awesome, I didn't have to worry about it even once.
We found a few perf boats at Eggmont that were just packing up when we arrived there - A 28 Pantera, a larger formula and a P3 boat that made a lot of noise...We got to see them hammer down and take off.

Rode up in my flats boat, man it was rough and windy, got blow around abit and went to the cove at 3 Rookers befroe the storms hit. Alot of rain !!! We had 6 boats but stayed at rookers and consumed some beverages. Next time, Dave Warden
