I posted earlier (but it kind of got off track) that I need to come up to Michigan on business some time in the next few months. I'd like an excuse (poker run/fun run) to drag the boat along. My business would be in the Grand Rapids area. If anybody is active in a Breast Cancer charity event, I 'd also be open to timing something around that. This boat is unique enough that it draws people into it, whether or not they are into boating. Thanks in advance.

Not much in Grand Rapids in the way of organized runs, but a few hours north you'll be in Boyne City for the Boyne Thunder poker run which Skater is sponsoring this year. It's for a good cause as well, Camp Quality which helps children with cancer. Best collection of offshore boats in Michigan IMO. Dates are July 8/9

Definitely going to be a blast, but I don't think they're going to allow many boats that aren't skaters, if any (I could be way off here). Plus that's at least three hours from Grand Rapids. But St. Clair is still a blast on any given Sat/Sun afternoon.
