Default Prop slip help.

I am determined to get this fixed this year. I have a odd setup, 1997 Crownline 225CCR with a 454MAG W/Whipple and B1. I currently see 5-5100 RPM with a 27 M+. I am positive the gear is 1.50, the prop slip come out to 22.9% @ 67MPH GPS. I am trying to get a consistent 70+ out of this boat. What would be a acceptable slip %? And what prop would help me get to my goal? Once I get a prop to work I want to get it labbed.

I know, I am only 45 minutes from them. I was just poking around to get some more input. Thinking of trying a 4 blade to help with slip.
