Question Ford Marine???

I've heard from several people that Ford is getting (back?) into the Marine Industry, and I've even heard that Daimler Chrysler (Dodge) is considering this. Can anyone on the board shed some factual light on these speculations?

There was some print on it a couple of months ago. I believe Ford was working with Sterling Engines to marinize the modular motors. After Ford posted such a loss last quarter or so they put it all on hold, but Sterling still had everything. Probably dormant, not dead.

That's not the only effort they have.
