Default Maryland public ramp fee?

Does anyone know if a ramp sticker is needed for an out of state ramp user? I am planning on participating in Thunder in the Bay, out of Kent Island, MD. I was told there is a county public ramp there. I live in DE and my boat is registered in DE. I have seen at the DE ramps that out of state boaters need a DE ramp sticker.

Thanks
Steve

Yes, that is Queen Anne county and you need a county sticker to use the ramp across from Red Eyes. Stop by one of the sporting goods or boat stores right there on the island and they sell them, IIRC there is a daily and a yearly pass.
