Default Herrings Vs Bravo Labbed

getting a set of 4 blade herring props with no defuser ring for my spectre and my question is will these props be any better than a set of bravo 4 blade 34's with bblades doing some lab work and cuting off the defuser. Also the herrings are 15-3/8 vs the 15- 1/4 on the bravos wanted to see how much of a difference that would make.

Thanks in advance

Phill

The test will be the porpoising range and the cruise speed.
Top end should be similar.
What engines and perf. numbers do you have now?

We have done propellers for Spectres for years.

Thanks,
Brett

i have 500 efi that have been tuned by Precision Marine, Ive got -3 shorties with 1.35 ratio. I ran a set of 14- 3/4 4 blade bravos labbed by b-blades with no defuser ring and it ran 112mph @ 5550 rpm
