MEFI-1 or MEFI-2 Cost?

Anyone know where to find or how much a MEFI 1 or 2 should cost?

I had to replace a MEFI 1 two years ago and paid $250

I can't imagine paying more than a hundred or 2 for a mefi 1or 2 as most people want the mef-3's or 4, Smitty
