Closing Of Ground Zero
To all those involved with the RECOVERY EFFORTS, I just want to say THANK YOU & GOD BLESS .

A big pat on the back to all who were involved.
Like Pearl Harbor, this too we will never forget.
Watched the special on HBO the other night.
Saw some shots/video I hadden't seen before along with some that were very disturbing. But, still, I couldn't turn it off.
The day of the tragedy, 9/11, I was talking to a lady on the phone who had family working in the Twin Towers and I told her that I hoped all was well with them and how sad I felt about what happened and how much it hurt.
When she found out I was from Jersey she said that she found that the event seemed to hit those that came from (or raised in) the Northeast harder than those from other areas. Interesting.
A big pat on the back to all who were involved.

It amazes me how quickly they cleaned that up. The video shown the past several days....just big ass 70 foot hole in the ground......ahead of schedule and below budget. It's truly something, what we can do when we really want to.....
