im looking for some insight on what boat is faster with this motor package and rides better in the ocean. im torn between both. there isnt too much on the hustler but everything i read says it pretty good. but i also read alot of good about the top gun. i know im posting in a cigarette forum so there will be some biased replies. just looking for some help. any info will help in my decision.

Hustler will be faster but wont ride as well.

Yup.

The Hustler has more room in the cabin (a real cabin) more room in the cockpit and also will be faster.

But it's still a Hustler.

Last year on a pokerrun on rough baltic sea i saw a 34 Hustler cheatha with new 500's efi vs my cafe racer (low power 425hp). The Huster had NO chance in the big wafes! In flat water.....i better stay on anchor with girls and drinks... ;-))

To me, the 39 TG is the best 39 rough water boat being produced today.

The attention to detail, the quality and the service from Cigarette put it at another level.

I would take a Cig over a Hustler any day. A couple of extra MPH is not worth it to me.
