Hey guys,
Was wondering if there was any way to adjust my throttle cables/linkage to help "line up" my throttles while cruising. The RPM's on my engines seem to vary quite a bit when I keep the sticks together. To sync the RPM's requires me to separate the throttles a fairly decent amount. At idle or WOT, the sticks and RPM's are pretty much identical, so I don't think my tach's are off.
I'm not sure if this makes any sense, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'll take a good listen this weekend and work my way around the plugs, but I'd think my WOT RPM's would be down as well.
This is my third summer with the boat and there has always been a bit of a difference, it just seems bigger this year.

are both your props in good shape? That can make quite a bit of difference too.
To answer your question the cables can be adjusted at the linkage in the engine compartment. It's fairly simple, just do small adjustments til you get it right. How far off are they? Mine are sometimes off 1/2 to 1 click at cruise, but I just sync them by ear and leave it that way.
