That looks like an awesome deal. If I was in the market for that size boat, I would buy it. Could you imagine if you put two 600hp engines in that thing.

I have seen that 28 before and it has been driven around small lakes it's whole life . A lot of time and money is in the boat and it shows . Looks better in person

Did they do away with the deck hatches on the 28 at some point in time, or did the owner of this boat fill them in?

Some didn't have them. Mine doesn't, thrillseekers doesn't, and I don't recall too many others that don't. It looks a lot better without them in my opinion.
