Have any 650/725 engines been rigged for drive by wire yet? Either Throttle, Shift, or both? I know they are designed for it, but the early ones didn't come with it for whatever reason.

In a way, they already are fbw throttle, as the cable only moves a potentiometer, not the actual blades.

There are plans for a true fbw throttle system from Livorsi soon, but fbw shift may be a way off, until the market picks up and development money is available.
