Default Water leak

So here goes the background story to my problem. I currently have a water leak coming from my drive transom assembly into the bilge. It's a small pressured stream which I can't see but it feels like it's coming from the drive or trim cables that pass through the transom, right above the block off plate. So I have never had a leak on this boat since I've had it. What happened is i broke my vertical shaft on my drive going about 5500 rpm's. I had the drive fixed and reinstalled the drive. Then I put the boat on the water and found this little leak. The drive bellow is about a year old. Any ideas for things to look for would be great. Thanks

No that's above the motor but thanks for the idea... This is under the engine on the transom assembly, and the water feels like it's coming from the hard lines for the trim pump, but I can't tell.... Any other ideas????

I took off the drive and there appeared to be water in the gimbal assembly. It's looks like there was water in the area where the exhaust would go through the drive, but mine is blocked at the transom... Any ideas of things to look at for leaks now that the drive is off????

How far above your block off plate do you feel the stream? I had a leak down there on a boat I had, turned out to be the bolts were starting to come loose on the Y-pipe. It's ALMOST impossible to get a wrench or socket down there to tighten them up, but it can be done with some patience and about an hour... Maybe your bolts are starting to back out on your block off plate?? Just food for thought...

Well I have had that block off plate on for 3 years and no leaks, and silconed all the bolts when I installed them... It feels like it's coming from some hose above that.. How are the shift cables and hoses sealed going through the transom?
