Adapter for 1" hex to tapered 3/4" steering post?

Does anyone make an adapter to attach a 1" hex hub for a quick-disconnect wheel to a 3/4" tapered steering shaft? The 1" hex is already bored out too large...

call Latham Marine. I dont think there is a bolt on adapter as all the quick disconnects I have used like that the hex is put on the column and welded on but they will be able to tell you.
