Wedding to go to Sat afternoon, not sure about Sunday. You can tie up there but bring big bumpers. Best bet would be to go to Dockside and hitch and ride to town.
You can also tie up at High Tides but get there early

I just got off the phone with the Colonial Beach po-lice dept. They said I cannot tie up to the dock or beach the boat but I can anchor in shallow water out front. Sounds good to me as long as the weather is nice.
