Default windscreen for 300 es baja?

I have a 1990 300 es baja with the reverse venture windsreen and I hate it. Not only can you feel it slow the boat down when going into the wind I finally can not stand how it looks any more. Does anyone know who make wind screens or where i could get one from a new 322 baja or any other options. Thank you in advance for all help or comments

Vyplex made the windshield for my 1990 Baja so they may have made the windscreen for yours as well. Vyplex was bought out by Spartech which won't sell direct. It looks like the 300ES's windscreen was made in two pieces connecting in the center. I ended up going through Baja to get my replacement ($$$$) but I wanted the original look, however in my search I did come across a few plastic companies that could manufacture windshields in a two piece configuration (oven size restrictions). I'm sure they can make a faring fairly easily. I don't know anything about their work, but you may want to touch base with Stellar Plastics www.stellarplastics.com They were giving me a price at about 1/4 of what I payed Baja.

Try some local plastics companies. I was going to add a small lexan windscreen to my Baja and found several local companies that said they could pretty much make whatever I wanted.

Do what Im contemplating doing
Take a fountain 33-35 windshield (smoked black one)
chamfer the bottom to fit the frontal hull design and encapsulate the fairing behind it
My 280 is easier to do that with than a 300 or 320 but same general idea
Either that or make a new fairing out of aluminum and paint it to match
Possiblities are endless
just think about it
Dont hold yourself to just baja products

Also try this company, I plan on getting them to make a white acrylic one for my Fountain.
