This is the 28' Pantera built by Pepe in 1984 that won one of the last races from Miami Beach to the island of Bimini the boat was rigged with 3 2.4 merc's and average 87.5 m.p.h. .It was confiscated in 1992 for smuggling drugs and sold to present owner in 1994. It was completely customized by Apache Boats in Hollywood.
