I'll tell you why he bought it back for 25% of what he sold it for, he will rebuild it and make a huge profit again.

Bob has always been a smart business man. I'm sure he has been watching the property ever-since he sold it.
Now hw can re-invest on the cheap, re-build it, (Lord knows it needed some re-building), and in a few years, (after Obama is gone), have a nice marina with little (or no) investment.
