How often do you change the plugs?

What factors dictate normal or severe use?

Also, how do you maintain cap and rotor?

I change my plugs every 2 yrs. Cap & rotor have changed only once in 6 yrs. I don't run my motors very hard or at full throttle very often. I am interested to hear what other's say.
