I just got of the phone with Barry at the plant, he called me out of the blue. I had a couple small issues, ( more like questions) with my new boat, nothing that Sunsation did, just issues any boat could have. Now thats customer service. I've been buging the guys at Sunsation since last fall with a lot of little details and making decisions last minute on my boat, they have been great. They really know how to take care of their customers, there calling me to go over stuff instead of the other way around. Thanks Sunsation, keep up the great work.

Same, Same! Barry called me last summer while on vacation to walk me through a minor Bennett trim-tab pump problem that was fixed in 5 minutes. That little example of effort has left a lasting impression....

I also feel that Sunsation is a good company. They provide great customer service after the sale. I installed full hydraulic steering on my Dominator. I purchased the parts from Sunsation and Barry walked me through the installation. I am very happy with the boat and can't wait for their 38' to come out. Keep up the good work .

I live near the Sunsation factory. I have the 2nd Dominator ever made and I had a small problem with the floor in the cabin. I stopped in the factory unannounced, and they took me out to one of the 32's being built, look at the hull inside the cabin and showed me what I needed to do. I don't think you get that kind of service everywhere. They really do have great customer service.

I agree also. Can't say enough. I spent a great deal of time on the phone with Joe dunring the early part of the year. I had alot of questions and needed alot of parts and marerials. He was always ready to help me. This is great considering the boat is a '94 and I am the 3rd or 4th owner.

Last season I tweaked my drop-down bolster - musta only had one side latched-in when up in seated position. Talked to Barry, and he gave me instructions on how to tweak back in line - his solution was quite simple and logical......................... but the idea never crossed my mind - I was dead-set that I would need to yank the entire seat from the boat - such was not needed.
