If you go swimming in water thats knee deep with a surface temperature of 95+ degrees with floating algae, you deserve a virus..

BUT, Ill tell you that the BGA is the first red flag of the demise of any lake.. Stop the nutrients (septic tanks and chicken litter), stop the blooms.. If the blooms stop, we get turbidity back down to a reasonable level..

Will it ever happen at Grand? No. Not even a chance. The watershed that is feeding the neosho is ruined by phosphorus from our dear old friends at Tyson. So any politician thats fighting for a spot upstairs will NOT raise a stink about the lake quality for fear of Tyson yanking their $3.5m in campaign contributions.

Everyones blowing the BGA off, and I'm all for it, dont let it affect your summer. Don't swim in it, don't drink out of it, but keep it in mind that we are the reason its there. And next year will be even worse.. BGA won't make you any sicker than any other contaminants we are flushing into the lake on a daily basis..

But thank you Senator DB Inhofe for blowing this outbreak completely out of proportion and making safety claims on a EFFING HOLIDAY WEEKEND that our local economy NEEDED to be able to bounce back after the BLIZZARDS, FLOODS AND TORNADOES!

Inhofe, If you want to raise red flags, talk about the clarity of the water, NOT the health of it. We KNOW what we are swimming in, we just don't talk about it!

And be sure to tell Senator Asswipe next time you see him how much of a true d1ldo he is. And ask him how the chicken farm sh1t contributions help him. I mandate enclosed aerobic septics on my properties to help all that I can. Senator dickwad can blow me.

It's hilarious given that Inhofe is against virtually anything to protecting any part of the environment. What's even funnier is that many are pretty angry about the sources being blamed. It's happening all over the country, as watershed exemptions are everyday occurrences, and when the subject of increased watershed protection or regulation of farming is mentioned, everyone turns silent.

Inhofe is just another stupid old **** that needs to get the **** out of the way and let some new blood take over. He's washed up and needs to get lost. Old politicians need to croak. I'm gonna piss on his shoreline in Ketchum Cove every chance I get.

A true DC A$$wipe. Amazing how he thinks everyone else should be treated versus himself. He should be made a national example of. It's guys like that that make it so very hard to get good Republicans elected in other states.
