I have an older model Elim 25 Daytona, that is currently setup with an 700HP S/C engine and bcuz its an older model, it currently has a Bravo 1 drive that has been re-geared and maintained by Savage Marine, LHC.
My Question is:
The Bravo does has Dual-Ram Imco Steering Arms, and if the drive ever fails, shuts down, or has any other mechanical failure at any speed over 60-100mph, Will the IMCO Steering Hydraulic arms keep the boat straight? and will it slow in a normal direction, Or is it very possible that the boat could make a sharp right or left turn, even with the steering arms, and result in something worse..
If anyone knows about IMCO Steering could answer this, I would appreicate it.... THANKU....
OSO rules!....
