To all Class 6 Boats..
Would you be interested in combining our classes prize money and dividing it up as "travel/Start money?
Reason I'm asking is we have a few east coat teams that would like to attend but just don't have the funds and this would allow them to come.
Bigger Class = Better racing

Rick, I probably can't make it, however, I'll forfit any prize money for NY and Maryland if the guys from Michigan would do the same if we came out there.
I like the "tow money" concept- that was the only way I was able to do Sunny Isles.
Obviously I don't need money for NY and Md. because I could do them with 1/2 day or less of traveling- Similar to you traveling from St. Claire to Port Huron.
I understand OPA wanting boats to do both venues, however, between fuel, time off from work, hotels and meals for 8-9 days, I just can't afford it. Maybe a conference call among class 6 might be in order? Keep the suggestions coming!
PS, I agree bigger class= better racing!!
