Default Hit & Run in the Middle Keys

We are trying to locate the owner of a cream colored center console (30-33ft), black T-top, named "The Full Monty" (the name is on the back stern quarter on both hulls in large black letters). He was anchored @ Picnic Island on Sunday 7/3/11 (not the 4th). After the fireworks show (10:30pm), he hit us (we were anchored in Newfound Harbor) & fled toward Big Pine Key. We were unable to get his FL registration #’s. On Tuesday he was seen heading north on Hwy 1 near Key Largo. We have significant damage to our trawler and his bow is in need of repairs. If you are doing repairs for this low-life, or have any information that may help locate the owner, please post a note or contact the FWC - Case #FWSB-11-OFF-5948. On a personal note, he had at least one of his daughters on board. Goes to show you the fine example he is setting – BUI, running with NO lights, hit & run - next time it could be you he plows into!!!

on the left hand side of the page it should say search by By Vessel ID or by vessel name just click vessel name and type the boats name in and it should pull up all the info on the onwer and his address.

Good catch, I got too excited when the name and 33' matched, 13.1 beam and the weight would make more sense as an egg harbor. Thanks for the correction, I was far too eager to help and got ahead of myself on that one.

Just because the boat is named doesn't mean that its documented. Did the vessel have any FL numbers? Other state reg?

It is FL registration. We took our dinghy to Picnic Island that afternoon around 2:30pm & noticed that our dinghy & one other boat were the only out of state boats in the area. So, yes he is from FL.
