Default Cabin Interior Question on a 1987 33ft!?

I have a 1987 33ft ICBM that has been completely redon by a previous owner. The cabin interior looks like it was redone as well including new carpet, v-berth cushions, headliner, storage locker, and dual faceing lounges (Two couches). The question I have is, as you come down into the cabin on the left hand side there is nothing where the cabinet and sink would be. Where could I get one? Is there anything as a "Take out" out of someones boat? I guess I could build one and have it covered to match the interior, but I would like to find one. Is it available from Fountain? How much? Has any one done anything like this?

Personally I like it not being there so I can put a cooler there and bungee it in place, but the new guy was asking about it.

I'll try and post pictures!

I'm sure Fountain could build you one but it won't be cheap. Call Steve Harrelson in customer service 252-975-7006. If you get to talk to him ask if he got an answer on the ITS for Dan in Chicago.
Good luck,
Dan

I have a 1986 10 Meter that I pulled that piece out of last year. It was starting to rot and I planned on rebuilding the base and having it recovered. Did not get to it this winter, but plan on redoing the cabin this winter. The unit is sitting in a garage at the Ozarks. I could build 2 units just as easily as 1 if you wanted the same style. It has a sink, storage compartment, water tank, and water pump. The top is a blue formica, but I was going to replace with a light colored top.

Good Luck,
Doug

Doug, that sounds Great!! Just like what I was thinking about!! Heck if you will build it I split the supplies for both of them, or I will help in any way I can!! Get supplies, hold the light, bring the beer!! I'll talk to the guy that is buying it and tell him the situation, I don't think he is in that big of a hurry.

I'll PM you and give you my Contact info!

Thanks, Brad

This Board is Great!!

Brad, hey if you get the beer and hold the light, I'll build anything. I'll be down at the lake the week of June 15 (Sun - Sat) and then again on July 4 weekend. You could take a look at it and make sure it is the style you want. The garage is up by the 24MM (KC side). I would say I'll take you out on my boat, but I am one of those unfortunate ones caught up in the Midwest engine builder situation. He has had my motors since June of last year and the boat since November. It was supposed to be winter project.
