I have heard the number $10,000 more than once. It is a big job. If there is hull damage such as soaked core the cost goes up.

I have heard $7k at Skater and as low as $4500 at an independent. Both of those were with no damage from the fuel.

Skaters price is $6,500.00 with no fuel problems

When I talked to Peter about it he told me it depended on the size of the boat. He said on a smaller model (24/28?) it would be less than on a larger 40+. I think he said pricing started at around $5500.

BTW, he doesn't 'replace the tank(s)', he basically is just ripping up the floor and putting on a new coating on the tank walls that isn't affected by ethanol.

Just got off the phone with him and he said $6,500.00 for a 28' Skater. The process is a little more involved than that.
