Anybody know who uses ' NLOB ' as the first id #s in their hin???

MIC's are generally three characters. Some have a number in lieu of a character if there was already one like it.

NLO comes up as:

J.C. MINOTT BOAT LLC 42 DAVIS STREET DOVER-FOXCROFT ME
