Checkered Flags!
To all racers, when you pick up your checkered for your class win, please display it till you tie up at the docks. Many times you show it then put it down and many spectators say who won? Carrying the checked flag which you fought so hard to get should always be displayed, maybe have a bracket to stick it into would help. Congrat's to all the winners and racers for another fantastic race weekend. BTW, Super Vee winner "Louie the Rigger" of "Strictly Business", displayed his winning flag all the way in the docks, so everyone knew that he had won and finally beat his good friends in Wazzup Racing. Great race Louie, congrat's.

Did Jersey Outlaw and PFE break out? I thought I seen them with checkered flags. Congrats to all the winners and a thank you to everyone that came out to race in St. Clair. Sorry that a few teams made the trip only to have mechanical problems from Saturday to prevent them running on Sunday. Maybe one day we will be blessed with seeing another turbine at this venue to race Geico. We always talk about the race a few years ago when Budweiser and Geico raced hull to hull for so many laps, that it would be the talk of the town for years to see 2 or 3 turbines compete here. Good Luck to everyone that races in Port Huron this weekend.
