hydraulic fluid

What is a good hydraulic fluid for steering? I have a independent Hynautic steering system (no power steering pump on motor)...what fluid? Also, what brand, type hydraulic fluid for drive and trim tab (280s) pumps. Looking for something easy to come by.

the type fluid is dictated by the helm pump, some use atf, some use a specific fluid..
