The town (local media) has been talking about it for a few weeks now. The course layout looks fun with one large sweeper and a pretty tight north turn.

The water, that's a big unknown. I do know from boating along the river the current is much strong in Port Huron than St Clair so be ready..


Pits - 30 plus acres on the water front should make for a nice views for the teams..

Bars / Food - From what I recall lots down town and for food you have Outback Steak house, Olive Garden and other chain eatery's

This has all the making to become a great race site!!

you are very right about the water condition. I do know Port Huron water very well...Strong currents, water directions.....It gotta be good challenges for all teams! Looking forward to this weekend as I will come this Saturday afternoon!

Rick, I'm doing a last minute "bonzai" run to make this race. What hotels are available-that don't require a 3 night minimum. If you could help me with this-that would be great!

Super 7 is not fancy as you think but there is no 3 nights minimun....Better than nothing.
